All the folks I interacted with were really professional and supportive. They addressed every question I had and assisted me in discovering the perfect option for our family, which ended up being quite affordable. There was zero pressure involved. "Disappointment with the Coverage Limitations"
I felt let down by the exclusions. It seems unfair to not cover my wife's thyroid cancer, especially since her TSH levels have been stable for over a decade. Research shows there's no link between thyroid cancer and stable TSH for more than five years, so what's the deal with the exclusion?

The application was super quick and simple. This time around, we didn’t have any claims, so there’s nothing to mention there. However, last year we had to submit a claim for some emergency surgery. It was quite a lengthy ordeal that required a good bit of work, but ultimately we got to a reasonable and satisfactory outcome.

"Easy and Clear Experience"
Quick response to our inquiry about insurance. The whole thing went off without a hitch, no back and forth at all. They just asked for a rider based on existing medical conditions (the internal Azimuth insurance guidelines were shared with us beforehand - so no real shocker there). We do wish the rider was a bit more lenient, but hey, those are the insurance rules and we gotta roll with it.
The policy documents came through electronically (just like we asked) and pretty quickly too. Overall, everything seems to be going well so far.

Thank goodness I didn't need to tap into the insurance. Trip insurance is one of those things you buy with the hope that you won't actually need it. I can definitely vouch for the quick service and professionalism I experienced while getting my trip insurance. I'll keep buying trip coverage from Azimuth whenever I need it.

"Credit card fraud attempt post-purchase."
The overall experience was okay, but I had a situation where someone tried to skim my credit card info after I made a payment. I'm pretty sure it was linked to Azimuth since I used a specific card number on your site. I reached out to my broker right away, but I haven't gotten a response from her yet. Don't hesitate to reach out to me directly.
